Sands Upstairs brings together four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and comfortable spaces for family and friends. Cook breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, linger over coffee outside, and return from exploring Vieques to an evening of sea breezes and conversation.

Pool & Tropical Grounds

Cool off in the pool, stretch out on a lounger, and enjoy the palms and flowering gardens around you. With the beach just steps away, it’s easy to spend the day moving between the pool and the shore. The pool and grounds are shared with Downstairs guests when the residences are rented separately.

Snorkeling & Paddleboarding at Your Doorstep

Discover the Caribbean just steps from Sands. Snorkel the reef off the beach or enjoy paddleboarding along the coast, taking in the shoreline from the water. Three paddleboards are available for guests to share, and snorkeling gear can be rented locally.

Room to Settle In

Three bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the fourth has two twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with ceiling fans throughout the residence. Wi-Fi and a smart TV offer easy ways to stay connected or relax indoors.

The gated property provides direct beach access, with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and towels available for island outings. A shared laundry area has two washers and two dryers.

Sleeps up to 9: Existing beds accommodate eight guests. An inflatable mattress for the ninth guest is provided upon request.
