YOUR ISLAND BASE

Sands Beachfront Downstairs | Veranda, Beach & Pool

3 bedrooms · 2 full bathrooms · Up to 7 guests

Step onto your private veranda, feel the sea breeze, and decide how to spend the day: a beach walk, a refreshing swim, or a quiet morning overlooking the Caribbean.

Sands Downstairs offers a relaxed beachfront base with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Gather for meals, enjoy an outdoor barbecue, or settle into the living room after a day exploring Vieques.

Pool & Tropical Grounds

Take a cooling dip, relax on a poolside lounger, and enjoy the tropical gardens and coconut palms. The beach is just steps away, so there’s no need to choose between a pool day and a beach day. The pool and grounds are shared with Upstairs guests when the residences are rented separately.

Snorkeling & Paddleboarding at Your Doorstep

Discover the Caribbean just steps from Sands. Snorkel the reef off the beach or enjoy paddleboarding along the coast, taking in the shoreline from the water. Three paddleboards are available for guests to share, and snorkeling gear can be rented locally.

Room to Settle In

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. Air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room keeps indoor spaces comfortable. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and ceiling fans throughout add everyday convenience.

The property has a gated entrance and direct beach access. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and towels are available for adventures around the island, and the shared laundry area includes two washers and two dryers.

Sleeps up to 7: Existing beds accommodate six guests. An inflatable mattress for the seventh guest is provided upon request.
