Two residences, two ocean-view verandas, and one beachfront property for your group to enjoy. Sands Entire Estate gives family and friends room to come together while keeping the comfort and flexibility of separate upstairs and downstairs living spaces.

Gather for meals, enjoy the Caribbean breeze from either veranda, or find a quiet corner when you want a little time to yourself. With seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens, the estate makes group stays easy.

A Pool Just for Your Group

Enjoy exclusive use of the pool, surrounded by coconut palms and tropical gardens. Spend unhurried afternoons swimming, lounging, and catching up with family and friends—with the beach just steps away. When you reserve the Entire Estate, the pool and grounds are yours to enjoy without sharing them with another rental group.

Snorkeling & Paddleboarding at Your Doorstep

Discover the Caribbean just steps from Sands. Snorkel the reef off the beach or enjoy paddleboarding along the coast, taking in the shoreline from the water. Three paddleboards are available for your group to enjoy, and snorkeling gear can be rented locally.

Room for Everyone

Upstairs has three queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. Downstairs has two queen bedrooms and another bedroom with two twin beds. All seven bedrooms are air-conditioned, as is the downstairs living room. Both residences offer Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout.

Your group also has exclusive use of the laundry area, with two washers and two dryers. A gated entrance, direct beach access, and provided beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and towels complete your island home base.

Sleeps up to 16: Five queen beds and four twin beds accommodate fourteen guests. Inflatable mattresses for two additional guests are provided upon request.
